Course Description:
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of Islam, examining its fundamental texts, core rituals, and major schools of thought. The course will also explore the evolution of Islam over time, including the emergence of various sects and schools of thought, such as Sunni, Shia, and Sufism. Students will examine the significance of Islam for Muslims, including its impact on daily life, culture, and society.
