About Course

This course is ideal for both experience and prospective corporate leaders, managers, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Drawing from economic, legal, and ethical concerns, the course will assist in creating a framework for comprehending the responsibilities leaders have to fulfil toward investors, customers, workers, community, and government. The course will cover a wide range of topics, including organizational performance and accountability, employee fairness, customer obligations, investor responsibilities, fiduciary duties, and organizational approaches that emphasize corporate social responsibility (CSR) and environmental, social, and governance (ESG), among other issues. The course will examine the basic knowledge and proffer reasons why leaders need to formulate plans and make decisions on the above concepts.
