Master's in Transformational Leadership

To obtain the Master’s in Transformational Leadership from Ezra Christian Leadership Development Institute, a student must successfully complete the required 16 courses for a total of 48 Credit Units (CUs), which is equivalent to 960 contact hours. The program must be completed in sequence as they are arranged over the twenty-four month period of study.
