About Course
This course examines the development and characteristics of outstanding organizational cultures. Students will explore how organizational leaders can align people, systems, structure, and culture to deliver value in an organization. Emphasis is placed on organizational behaviors and their implications on organizational culture. The interaction of individuals, groups, organizations, and environments are explored. Special attention is given to the discovery of core values, organizational structure, attraction of talents and their development, equity and diversity, and employee engagement and motivation.
Course Objectives:
1. Analyze the impact of organizational politics on corporate culture
2. Explain the impact of corporate culture upon organizational communication
3. Identify the applicable steps to change corporate culture
4. Describe the elements of modern organizational structures, cultures and development
5. Discuss the strategies for changing and strengthening organizational culture
