About Course

This course examines the development and characteristics of outstanding organizational cultures. Students will explore how organizational leaders can align people, systems, structure, and culture to deliver value in an organization. Emphasis is placed on organizational behaviors and their implications on organizational culture. The interaction of individuals, groups, organizations, and environments are explored. Special attention is given to the discovery of core values, organizational structure, attraction of talents and their development, equity and diversity, and employee engagement and motivation.

  • Objective: Understand biblical principles of organizational culture and recognize the importance of integrating faith and culture in organizational decision-making.
