About Course

The course examines the development and characteristics of outstanding organizational cultures. The course explores how organizational leaders can align people, systems and structure, and culture to deliver value in an organization. Emphasis is placed on organizational behaviours and its implications on organizational culture. The interaction of the individuals, groups, organizations, and environments are explored. Special attention is given to the discovery of core values, organizational structure, attraction of talents and their development, equity and diversity, and employee engagement and motivation.
