The purpose of this course is to help students develop a closer relationship with God, with other individuals, and in mature involvement with the physical environment in which we live. This is helpful since it is the fundamental of the Christian Gospel. Among the topics covered are the importance of the confession of faith, Baptist, Church Fellowship, Prayer, Bible Study and Christian conducts and others. The primarily goal of the course is to assist students anchor their spiritual lives in the core teachings of the Bible so that they can become transformed and eventually become agents of change in their communities. The course is presented in five important dimensions of Christian life (a) understanding the true nature of Christian life, (b) growing in faith and in relationship with God through prayers and sacramental celebrations (c) living the life of stewardship of God’s creatures (d) living in the fullness of the qualities of life as instituted by God and reflected by the United Nations’ qualities of life indexes and (e) encouraging students’ faith in taking actions of love and service to humanity.
