About Course

This course provides students with the understanding, knowledge, and skills needed to make strategic decisions in human resource management. The course offers practical activities, such as assessing the current global economic environment and organizational culture, to analysing competencies and implementing human resource decisions. Students would be required to conduct a detailed strategic analysis of a human resource management issues in their organizations. By this they would learn how to effectively manage human resources in a manner that contributes to improved performance, productivity, and morale of employee in the department and ministry where they work. Topics will include understanding of the external environment of an organization, understanding human resources, performance management and building human resources strategies in the organization
