About Course

The Great Commission requires Christians to make disciples of all nations of the universe. In many occasions, there are no local churches in importance places or communities, while there is a great desire for the word of God in the desperate world. The major goal of this course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to plant a New Testament church in modern communities. The course will introduce students to the biblical foundation of the local church, the need for new churches, current church models, and the practical components of church planting ministry. A survey of various church planting models will be made with the assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. All the assignments given to students will reflect the principles, practices, and processes involved in providing church planting leadership in the modern world.
