About Course
This course explores leadership principles and practices from a Christian perspective, integrating biblical teachings with leadership theories and models. Students examine key topics such as trait and behavioral approaches, situational leadership, transformational leadership, spirituality, ethics, power, communication, teamwork, and personal leadership development. Through case studies, reflections, and applications, students develop a comprehensive understanding of effective leadership and its role in various contexts, including ministry, business, and non-profit organizations. The course emphasizes the importance of integrity, humility, and servant leadership, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and character necessary to lead with purpose and impact. By the end of the course, students will have developed a personal leadership development plan and a legacy statement, preparing them to lead with confidence and effectiveness in their chosen fields.
