Requirements for admission
To ensure a rich learning experience for all participants, admission into CLDI Executive Transformational Leadership programme is selective and based on professional achievement and organizational responsibility. However, a candidate must have at least 8 years of work experience and be referred by a senior executive within their organization, a board member of the organization, or a CLDI graduate who is familiar with a candidate’s role and responsibilities can provide a detailed first-hand information. However to meet up with the requirement of our accreditation a minimum of 5 credits in English Language, Mathematics, Christian Religious Studies, and any other subject is required. It is requires that participants must be fluent in the writing and speaking of English Language to take an active part in fast-moving study. A letter of reference is required to follow all applications.

Our Policy
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing more than 30 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, cancellations received 15 to 30 days before the program start date are subject to a fee of 50 percent of the program fee. Requests for cancellation received within 14 days of the program start date are subject to full payment of the program fee.
Deferral policy
Deferrals must be submitted in writing more than 30 days before the program start date. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, deferrals received 15 to 30 days before the program start date are subject to a fee of 50 percent of the program fee. Requests for deferral received within 14 days of the program start date are subject to full payment of the program fee.
