About Course
This course offers an in-depth examination of the fundamental principles of ethical leadership in politics. The course seeks to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and values required to apply ethical leadership principles in political setting. Students will gain an extensive knowledge of the key concepts and principles of ethical leadership, such as moral character, servant leadership, justice, accountability, transparency, compassion, courage, humility, empathy, wisdom, stewardship, community building, conflict resolution, and policy ethics, which are essential for societal development.
