Who We Are

Christian Leadership Development Institute (CLDI) was founded in 2023 as a training Subsidiary of Hamlinks Global Community Development Initiative (HGCDI), an incorporated Non-Profit Organization registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission, (No CAC/IT/NO 86091). Our enthusiasm for transformational leadership education is reflected in ARTICLE 2 of our constitution, which is devoted to (a) promoting socially responsible behavior amongst all peoples, organizations and companies and (b) the provision of social responsibility awareness programs at all levels of the society

Our aim is to enhance leaders’ strategic decision-making abilities, capable of addressing 21st-century leadership challenges. We are aimed at developing and sustaining worldwide Christian communities with transformational leaders who are dedicated to awakening, motivating, and promoting the lifestyle required for a more excellent world.

Regardless of where you are around the world, our eighteen (18) months Executive Diploma programme is a world-class online distance learning and hybrid-in-person programme designed for Christian Leaders who desire to develop strategies that drive impactful transformation for profitable, sustainable decision making in the economic, social and environmental phases of life.

Diploma in Transformational Leadership Courses

To obtain the Diploma in Transformational Leadership from (CLDI), a student must successfully complete sixteen (16) required courses for a total of 15.10 Credit Units (CUs), which is equivalent to 151.0 contact hours. The programme must be completed in sequence as they are arranged over the eighteen months period of study. Equally, a student can take an independent modular course depending on his/her interest. But we strongly recommend that students take the full programme for the benefit therein and because they are designed to give out, impact, and provide important knowledge for a fulfilled career

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

CLDI’s Programmes for Individuals and Programmes for Organizations have their own set of admissions criteria. A general overview of the admission process are as follows:

In order to apply to a programme, you’ll need to submit an online application. Visit the Apply for Admission page and select the programme and session that interests you. Applications form for individual programmes are accessible by clicking Apply within the programme page, and same goes for organization programme. In alternative, you can download any of the PDF application form and submit the application to CDLI through email or mail.

CDLI Admissions Committee meets monthly to admit qualify candidates. Our programmes have quarterly application deadlines, therefore early application is strongly recommended. In accordance with our ethical values, CLDI does not discriminate against any person on the basis of age, sex, colour, race, ethnic, or national origin, political beliefs, or disability in its programmes and activities.
