Guided by the principles outlined in Ezra 7:10, which highlights the importance of studying and teaching God’s laws, the Ezra Christian Leadership Development Institute (ECLDI) was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Hamlinks Global Community Development Initiative (HGCDI), a Nigerian-registered non-profit organization (CAC/IT/NO 86091). Our mission is rooted in Article 2 of our constitution, which aims to:
- Promote socially responsible behavior among individuals, organizations, and companies.
- Provide social responsibility awareness programs across all levels of society.
At ECLDI, we focus on developing responsible leaders and fostering social awareness through education and community engagement, aligning with our parent organization’s vision for positive societal impact.
What We Do
We are in an era where the demand for high-performance, strategic, innovative, ethical and analytic leadership are in high demand: Ezra Christian Leadership Development Institute (ECLDI) is posed to give you and your organization the real-world insight needed to lead teams and manage instability in important leadership situations. Our aim is to enhance leaders’ strategic decision-making abilities, capable of addressing 21st-century leadership challenges. We are aimed at developing and sustaining worldwide Christian communities with transformational leaders who are dedicated to awakening, motivating, and promoting the lifestyle required for a more excellent world.
Regardless of where you are around the world, our program is a world-class online distance learning and hybrid-in-person program designed for Christian Leaders who desire to develop strategies that drive impactful transformation for profitable, sustainable decision making in the economic, social and environmental phases of life.
ECLDI MISSION
The main focus of ECLDI is to equip Christian leaders in public, political, corporate, military, para-military services and Christian ministries with novel ideas, enduring knowledge, biblical viewpoints, global perspectives, and real practical solutions to societal challenges. These leaders will be better equipped with management and leadership skills, enabling them to emerge more resilient, capable of tackling strategic challenges, leading with greater confidence, and inspiring performance in order to achieve the following societal development goals:
1. Promote good health, individual well-being, and alleviate poverty and hunger.
2. Ensure quality education for all, irrespective of race and gender.
3. Provide clean water and encourage sanitation that provides quality air.
4. Promote the use of affordable and clean energy for the regeneration of the earth .
5. Encourage innovation, economic growth, industrialization, and infrastructure through quality work.
6. Develop sustainable communities that reduce inequalities.
7. Promote sustainable consumption and production to mitigate climate change and protect the biosphere.
8. Foster peace and justice through partnerships that build strong institutions and work towards fulfilling God's divine goals.
Who Are Our Tutors?
Our tutors are highly accomplished Christian leaders with a wealth of experience in designing and delivering impactful leadership programs worldwide. With a proven track record of driving development and transformation in diverse cultural contexts, they have empowered countless individuals to become catalysts for positive change across Africa. By combining their deep understanding of the continent’s complexities with a passion for mentorship, our tutors are uniquely positioned to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and inspiration needed to tackle Africa’s most pressing challenges and unlock its vast potential.
GENERAL ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Instruction
All three ECLDI programs have their own sets of admission criteria. A general overview of the admission process is as follows: To apply to a program, you’ll need to submit an online application. Visit the program page (Master’s Program, Program for Individuals and Program for Organizations) and select the courses that interest you. Application forms are accessible by clicking “Apply” on the program page. Please read the admissions requirements for your selected program thoroughly before submitting your application. Ensure you understand the course instructions and save or print your application form for your records.
Ezra Christian Leadership Development Institute’s accreditation journey has begun. Our drive began in 2016 with our incorporation as a non-profit organization by the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), under Registration No. CAC/IT/NO 86091, with the objective of promoting socially responsible behavior among individuals, organizations, and corporations, and providing social responsibility awareness programs at all levels of society.
However, as a Christian institution rooted in values and excellence, ECLDI aims to provide students with the highest educational standards possible, rather than being a mere certificate-dispensing institution. To this end, the institution is presently seeking accreditation from the Nigerian Ministry of Education, Christian education accreditation councils and standards, and program certification from highly ranked universities and institutions worldwide that share our vision. We kindly request your prayers as we strive to join the global network of accredited Christian institutions in the near future.
Again, to maintain high standards, the institute has highly qualified tutors, Christ-centered and innovative academic programs, a sound financial foundation, state-of-the-art facilities, and rigorous admission policies. The institute has also adopted advanced learning platforms, integrating them to ensure excellent quality within the contemporary global higher education system through ongoing program evaluation and accreditation.
Apart from this, ECLDI students will receive validated transcripts and certificates that are accepted by accredited institutions, universities, and corporations. Students can seamlessly transfer their courses and programs into partner universities and institutions. This ECLDI partnership status represents a green signal, indicating that our physical and academic infrastructure meets the basic threshold standards, making students proud to be part of it.
